Happy is a horticulture professor kidnapped by Chinese goons. He escapes with the help of the Indian embassy Sardar, but soon finds himself kidnapped by the same Chinese goons. Thankfully, the gangsters mistake Happy 2 for the former. They demand a contract from Javed Ahmed, who happens to be the father of Bilal Ahmed.
After learning that Happy 2 is not the real Happy, Chang decides to kidnap Happy 2, and orders Bagga and Usman to do the same.
